By renting a roll-off container or dump trailer from Greater Longview Dumpster, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review these operational requirements carefully to ensure a smooth, safe rental experience.
Each dumpster size includes an agreed base weight allowance (typically 2 to 4.5 tons depending on container size). Debris exceeding this limit at the time of municipal transfer station or landfill disposal is billed automatically at $65 per additional ton, prorated according to certified scale tickets. Scale receipts are available upon request. Heavy inert debris such as solid concrete, dirt, brick, and asphalt must only be loaded into designated compact 10-yard or 12-yard containers up to the designated heavy fill line to maintain Texas DOT gross vehicle weight compliance.
Hazardous, flammable, toxic, or regulated materials are strictly prohibited under Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) rules. Prohibited items include wet paints, lacquers, automotive batteries, motor fuels and oils, chemical solvents, appliances containing Freon (without certified evacuation stickers), propane tanks, biohazardous waste, and asbestos. Deposits of prohibited items will incur landfill environmental reload surcharges and customer liability.
Customer directs the placement location of the container. While Greater Longview Dumpster drivers place protective wood dunnage beneath container rollers upon request, customer assumes all responsibility for pavement, driveway, lawn, curb, or underground utility settlement resulting from the weight of commercial transport vehicles and loaded steel containers.
Standard rental orders include up to 10 days on site. If you finish your project early, simply call dispatch for immediate pickup. If you require the container beyond the initial 10-day period, please notify our dispatch office 24 hours prior to expiration. Additional rental time is billed at a flat rate of $15 per additional day.
All debris must remain level with or below the top rail of the roll-off container. No materials may extend above the sides or protrude dangerously. Texas highway regulations require our transport drivers to mechanically tarp every load prior to highway travel. If an overloaded container cannot be safely tarped, the driver cannot retrieve the container, and a dry-run trip fee ($150) will apply until debris is leveled.
