Service & Website Disclaimer

Last Updated: September 11, 2026

This Disclaimer document outlines the terms, operational limitations, property placement acknowledgments, and regulatory conditions governing roll-off container rentals, dump trailer services, and site usage provided by Greater Longview Dumpster. By ordering a dumpster, placing an online inquiry, or permitting our delivery vehicle onto your property, you agree to the conditions set forth below.

1. Informational & Estimation Purposes

All information presented on this website, including sizing charts, cubic yard visual comparisons, truckload equivalencies, and general guidance, is provided for planning and estimation purposes only. While our dimensions are standard manufactured roll-off specifications, exact exterior footprints and exact tare weights may vary slightly by manufacturer batch. Greater Longview Dumpster does not warrant that any specific project will fit entirely into a single container without customer verification of volume and density.

2. Property Access, Surface Conditions & Driveway Placement

Customer directs the placement of the roll-off container and warrants that the access route, driveway, or designated drop surface possesses adequate structural integrity to support the gross vehicle weight of our tandem-axle commercial delivery truck (up to 33,000 lbs empty) plus the loaded container.

Greater Longview Dumpster provides protective wood blocking under container rollers upon customer request as a standard best practice. However, Greater Longview Dumpster and its independent hauling contractors shall not be held liable for any damage to private pavement, concrete slabs, asphalt, decorative pavers, lawns, sod, landscaping, curbs, sidewalks, septic tanks, underground irrigation pipes, or low-voltage utilities resulting from normal delivery, placement, and retrieval maneuvers. Customer assumes full responsibility for securing surface protection boards if delicate surfaces require specialized padding.

3. Texas DOT Road Weight Limits & Certified Scale Overages

All containers are transported on public Texas roadways and must strictly comply with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) federal bridge formula gross weight limits. Each dumpster size includes a generous base weight allowance (such as 2 tons, 3 tons, or 4 tons as indicated in your booking confirmation).

Heavy materials including concrete, solid dirt, brick, stone, ceramic tile, sand, and asphalt must only be loaded in designated compact containers (such as 10-yard or 12-yard roll-offs) and must never exceed the interior fill line. If total weight exceeds the included allowance, excess weight is billed automatically at $65 per additional ton, prorated according to certified municipal transfer station scale tickets.

4. TCEQ Prohibited Materials & Environmental Compliance

Under regulations enforced by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and Gregg County municipal waste codes, hazardous, toxic, biohazardous, and flammable substances are strictly prohibited from all roll-off containers. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Wet liquid paints, chemical thinners, solvents, industrial resins, and adhesives
  • Motor oils, fuels, transmission fluids, lubricants, and hydraulic fluids
  • Whole automotive tires (unless pre-arranged with local recycling manifests)
  • Lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion battery banks, and industrial power cells
  • Appliances containing Freon (refrigerators, AC units, freezers) without certified EPA evacuation documentation
  • Friable asbestos, chemical barrels, medical waste, and pressurized propane cylinders

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greater Longview Dumpster from any environmental fines, municipal penalties, landfill reload fees, or HazMat remediation costs resulting from prohibited materials deposited into the container during the rental term.

5. Fill Lines, Overhead Clearances & Highway Safety Tarping

For public safety and compliance with Texas cargo securement statutes, all debris must rest level with or below the top rail of the container. No materials may extend beyond the sides or protrude above the top rim. If a driver cannot mechanically roll and secure the heavy-duty highway safety tarp over the container, or if branches, rebar, or demolition debris protrude dangerously, the driver cannot legally transport the load. A trip dry-run fee ($150) will apply if the container must be re-scheduled due to overloading or blocked access.

6. Standard Rental Periods, Extensions & Dispatch Operating Hours

Standard roll-off container rentals include up to 10 days on site unless otherwise contracted. Early retrieval is available anytime upon request. Additional rental days beyond the included 10-day period are available at a simple flat rate of $15 per additional day. Dispatch customer service operates 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday through Sunday).
